Melissa Kroger

Director

Melissa Kroger is a company owner and Director of several entities within the world of property management and development. An astute business woman experienced in large value, high stake negotiations, Melissa is managing and delivering projects for medium to large investors.

As the Managing Director of a house building SME, she has taken the business to a new level over the past 10 years. The company typically builds up to 50 homes per site over multiple sites throughout Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire with a current pipeline of brownfield sites which will accommodate up to 150 homes per development. Melissa regularly negotiates large land purchases and obtains high level funding to support each acquisition through various funding partners, banks and private investors.

Melissa's main skill set, besides land acquisition, is achieving planning permissions and ensuring that sites are ‘oven ready’ to develop out. She also has over 20 years worth of experience in buying, renovating and managing buy to let properties.

Melissa has a BSC Hons degree in Business Property Management.

Michael Dwyer

Director

As a former Warrant Officer within the Royal Air Force (RAF) and a military career spanning 28 years, Michael has amassed a wealth of global experience in operational, logistical and leadership roles. On leaving the RAF, Michael continued in Director and Leadership positions in numerous organisations as well as owning companies of his own.

Michael set up Carpathian Group International with his other business partners to gain and manage numerous projects across Europe and beyond. The team at Carpathian Group International have close friendships and complete trust in each other, this has been gained through previous and successful business projects which were set up together.

Michael’s strengths are in his ability to create strong networks, together with clear communication and planning skills, coupled with a robust but empathetic approach to business.

As well as a proven track record, Michael holds a Graduateship in Leadership and Management from the City & Guilds Institute London, in addition to qualifications in Security Risk Management SRMC®.

Ovidiu Staicu

Director

Ovidiu is a Non-Executive Director and Director of several companies, with wide and successful experience in the business development, business growth, business delivery and business restructuring and business turnaround, from start-up and small businesses to medium and large businesses.

He has extensive executive experience in various industries and markets, from software and food industry to aircraft engines, energy, financial services, real estate and other professional services, both nationally and internationally.

With extensive expertise in lean Six Sigma and also in connecting people and businesses, Ovidiu has strong links across Europe to build upon in delivering small, medium and large investment projects.

As Non Executive Director of Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire and also of Thrive Co-Operative Trust, he is also member of the Finance and Personnel Committees. In the past he also held the roles of Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and also Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.

Ovidiu is a graduate of the International Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at Birmingham Business School UK, with a degree in Economics and one in Engineering from Transilvania University in Brasov, Romania.
